A sourdough bakery that wasn’t going to whisper “artisan.”

Most sourdough brands live in the same muted, earthy space, calm, considered, and often

forgettable. For Uncle Dough, I wanted to move away from that and build something with

more presence. Sourdough itself is alive, unpredictable, and full of character.

The identity leans into that, warm reds drawn from oven heat, balanced with softer tones,

and typography that feels slightly imperfect on purpose.

The result is a bakery brand that feels familiar, but far from quiet.
